Login Problems

If you are not able to login, here are some things to note or to check for that may resolve the problem quickly.

  • Your username and password are case-sensitive. Make sure you have not inadvertently left 'Caps Lock' on. Everyone does this occasionally.

  • Your 'username' is the email address you provided when you first registered

  • If you are typing them in, check that there are no confusions of digits with letters - normally lower-case 'L' being confused with the number '1'

  • If you have tried to change your password and now cannot login:

    • Try your old numeric password.

    • Try the 'forgot password' option and have it re-sent to you.

  • Internet Explorer sometimes blocks Session Cookies
    Select 'Tools' tab
    Select 'Internet Options'
    Select 'privacy' Tab
Drag the slider to the lowest setting 'Accept all Cookies'
    Click 'Apply' then 'OK'
    Close ALL browser windows
Return to the WPA website and try your logon again

  • Some Windows Internet Explorer users report being returned to the login page when trying to log in. Try this:

While in Internet Explorer Click on Tools > Internet Options
    Click on the Security tab
    Click on 'Trusted sites'
    Click on the 'Site...' button
Type in 'structuralwaterproofing.org' (without the quotes) and remove the check by 'Requires server verification (https:) for all sites in the zone'
    Click Ok
    Click on the Advanced tab
    Click 'Restore defaults'
Remove the check by 'Enable third-party browser extenstions (requires restart)'
    Click on the General tab
Click on 'Delete Cookies and Delete files' under Temporary Internet Files
    Click 'Apply' then 'OK'
Close all browser windows and restart the browser.
    Try again to Log In
